Senpai John Derick Sieh Bangura has become the Country Representative for IFK Sierra Leone. As our representatives try to build a united West Africa this is an important addition to the region.

IFK France had their annual Dan test under the control of Shihan Andrew Turner with assurance from Country Representative Sensei Vincent Simon and Sensei Nordine Tonkin. On Saturday they performed all IFK Kihon and Kata and Sunday they did renrslu followed by 20 and 30 kumite bouts.
