Hanshi Cup 2021

The British Clicker and Kata Championships were held on the 27th November with the event poignantly named the ‘Hanshi Cup’ as a tribute to our founder who passed away in July.

290 athletes from 20 dojos took part in the first event in Britain since the pandemic.

IFK France had their annual Dan test under the control of Shihan Andrew Turner with assurance from Country Representative Sensei Vincent Simon and Sensei Nordine Tonkin. On Saturday they performed all IFK Kihon and Kata and Sunday they did renrslu followed by 20 and 30 kumite bouts. We are pleased to announce two new Sandan , one nidan, 5 Shodan and four 1St Kyu @ifkfrance @dunmow_kyokushinkai_club @andrew.turner491 @vincent_simon_kyokushin

IFK Canada hosted a successful 11th Rimouski Summer Camp with about 80 Karateka from 9 dojos under the guidance of Shihan David Pickthall. They also had a one day seminar in the Mascouche dojo of the Country Representative @senseifrancois @david_pickthall @karatemascouche_
